The interview process consisted of 2 rounds. Each included questions about potential scenarios and past experiences. The interviewers were all very nice and good to talk to during the process.

There were two on-campus interviews, one for the closest facility to the campus, the next for a position in the area I was interested in. After passing through those two initial interviews there was an interview on-site at one of the facilities I could potentially end up managing.
