Very straight forward, quick and speedy turn around. Seamless process, and very clear as to what the internship would entail. Interview and tour of the plant was given. Great experience.

5 Behavioral Questions. The GREAT method. Overall very quick and nonpersonal. Growth, Response, Empower, Attribute, Task. The interview was a total of 15 minutes. I was able to ask questions at the end.
