Suitcase test, comprehensive 3 phase motor wiring,photo sensor wiring, component testing with meter,electrical part replacement. Have to pass 3 of the 4 parts of test to continue with interview process

Terrible. I applied through indeed and went in for the maintenance test. I passed it but maintenance lead got mad and insinuated that I somehow cheated on a hands on mechanical test. Even though they give you the schematics. He insulted me by saying I didn't know what I was doing ( though I followed every step and schematic and finished within time limit) and said I " insulted his intelligence".
Don't apply here. They clearly have soft egos and don't like when someone half their age knows just as much or more than them.
