I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online mid April, then received 2 phone interviews early May. First phone call was brief, 10 minutes just asking general questions to see if you qualify. Second phone call was more in depth, was asked a bunch of questions about actions I took in certain customer service scenarios.
Was then invited for f2f interview in Denver late May. It was very nerve racking but everyone I met, both other applicants and frontier staff were super nice. Definitely smile a lot, say thank you, and mingle with other applicants..but don't overdo it!
First round of interview I was partnered up with another applicant, we were interviewed by 2 Frontier recruiters...a lot of waiting...then the same lady I was interviewed with were called again into another room for second round of interview. a lot of waiting again after that. Then we went back to the main room and was then taken to another room with 4 other applicants...they kept us in suspense, but they gave us good news and invited us to training.
Be personable, smile, and say your please and thank yous! Be prepared to give examples of your customer service.

Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
