You apply online and are given a short test to take. I was contacted by phone and answered a few questions about my willingness to relocate and if I had any tattoos. After a day or so I received another phone call to do an interview over the phone with a recruiter. It was some basic interview questions, but they made it a point to ask again about relocating and having tattoos. Make sure to let them if you have tattoos, they are very serious about the dress code. After that I was was invited to a face to face interview with several other applicants. I was flown out to Denver and stayed at a nearby hotel. The process took about 4 hours. The interviews were broken up into two rounds, 1st round you broke up in pairs and spoke with current flight attendants. If you made it past that round you spoke to people from management. After that you wait to see if you are invited back to ground training. I didn't get an offer but I will say it was a great learning experience. The only change I would make is to give some type of feedback to those who didn't get the offer.
