Applied online at flyfrontier.com under the careers section on 9/2/16. I received an invitation on 9/19 for a phone interview. They send you an email link to set up and schedule a time that works. I scheduled my interview for 9/22 at 4:15pm local time. A hiring recruit recalls within 5 minutes of your scheduled interview time. I spoke with an extremely nice lady based in Denver, she was a flight attendant and is now a hiring recruiter. She has worked for Frontier for 17+ years and spoke very highly of the company. They ask you the basic qualification questions: over 20+ in age, legal to work in US, etc. They ask you about a valid passport and the dates, so make sure you have this information (if it is expired, or close or you need one, it can delay your chances of moving through the process). They then ask you about your appearance: tattoos/piercings, willing for relocation, and then tell you about the position- salary, days on/off, reserve, attendance, per diem, training + stipend . They then ask you 5 questions. After you answer those, if they like you, they will invite you to Denver for a Face 2 Face + Group interview during the phone interview. I was invited to the October 6th session. Training would start October 31st if you make it through the Face2Face. (Anyone on here going to the Oct. 6th interview in Denver?) Once you are asked for the F2F interview, they set up your travel arrangements for the interview and send you correspondence regarding hotels, process, interview location, etc. The people doing the phone interview are great and they definitely put you at ease and are comfortable to talk to. Looking forward to the F2F/Group Interview in 2 weeks and will update after I return from Denver.
