I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2016
Interview
The whole process leading up to the F2F took less than 3 weeks. I applied to Frontier on 9/20/16. I received an invitation to do an assessment a few hours after that. 1 week later I was invited to do a phone interview. However I chose to do the interview on 10/7/16. I did the phone interview but couldn't find my passport. The recruiter was understanding and allowed me to wait until I received my passport to continue with the process. I ordered another (expedited), received that on 10/13/16, sent them a copy that exact same day and on 10/14/16 received a link to reschedule the phone interview. I had the phone interview on 10/14/16 as well. They ask you about your passport expiration date, tattoos, piercings, willingness to relocate, training length, as well as starting base salary for Flight Attendants. I was invited to a F2F in Denver, CO on 11/9/16. They will email you all of your information discussing what to bring to the F2F, hotel info, and flight info within 2 weeks. The flight is paid, however the hotel is not (but it is discounted). I will finish and update you all on how that turns out then. I will put "No Offer" only because I haven't went to the F2F yet.
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
