I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied to Frontier on 10/9 and did the assessment the same day. I received an email on 10/21 for an invitation to do a phone interview. I completed my phone interview on 10/24. The lady was very nice and asked me basic preliminary questions. She then asked why I wanted to be a flight attendant with Frontier and she asked me how I would explain their low fare model to customers. She then explained pay, benefits, & reserve. She then invited me to the face to face. I could choose between Dec 6 or Dec 8. They pay to fly you out but the hotel is not included. You will get a discounted rate though. She said I will find out if I have been chosen that day and if I have that the training date would be January 31st. I will update on how the face to face goes!
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
