      Flight Attendant Interview

      Nov 20, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Nov 2016

      Interview

*** for phone interview only*** I applied online on Oct. 30th and did the online assessment the same day. I got an email invite to complete an over the phone interview with a recruiter on Nov. 3rd and scheduled my appt. for the next available opening which was Nov. 10th. The recruiter was very nice and polite which definitely helped my nerves. She asked the basic screening questions like if I had tattoos/piercings, about my passport, if I can travel in and out of the US freely, if I can handle flying through time zones and function with early start times, if I'll be able to be away from my home base for more than a day, have you worked/applied for other airlines etc. After those she then went on with the interview questions (which I'll list below so you don't have to read them twice). Following the interview questions she told me that the training is a 3 week period in Denver with a daily siphon of $45 and you have to have a 90% on all of your exams during training to pass. She said they are primarily hiring for their Orlando, Denver and Philadelphia bases with a start out pay of $19.52. She then went on to offer me a f2f interview in Denver for Dec. 6th! They pay for the flight but not the hotel but the hotel is at a discounted rate, I'll be flying in Dec. 5th. Study all the questions you see on Glassdoor and research the company and be relaxed as possible during the phone interview, also towards the end she asked if I had any questions for her... This is important!!! Make sure you ask her a couple questions, have them prepared. I'll be updating this as soon as I complete my f2f in Dec.! Good luck everyone :)
