I was contacted about a week after I applied online. I first spoke with someone from HR and she basically answered any questions about the company that I had and asked me several personality questions and what my expected salary was. The second was a phone interview, where I was asked random questions varying from what are the 3 financial statements and how to the related to what kind of plane does Frontier fly. Overall it was an easy interview, however, it was nearly impossible to get in contact with them after the interview for a follow up. I interviewed on a Wednesday and was told I'd be contacted by the beginning of the next week. Was not contacted, and I tried to follow up myself but was unable to contact anyone.
