      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Jul 2016

      Interview

I came to Frontier for an interview and it was 2 hours long in July 2016. I had to leave to catch a flight back home otherwise it would've gone even longer. I met with five different individuals including an HR Lead, project manager and art director. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with them and felt comfortable, however I was concerned about how they described the management style of the company. They referred to it as being highly disorganized, chaotic, frustrating and inconsistent. I appreciated how honest they were about it since I don't love that kind of hot/cold management style but it seemed strange that it was brought to the table almost as a warning to potential future employees. Definitely a turn off! At the end of the day, I didn't think the position would be worth while and (luckily) I didn't get the job. Now six months later, they've posted another job ad for the same position which makes me wonder what happened to the candidate they ended up hiring. Did they dislike it so much or not do well enough? Something to consider before applying here.
