Applied Jun 27 Invited to phone Jul 7 Phone Jul 12 Invited to f2f Aug 22 I applied and was later sent and invite to schedule a phone interview. During the interview I was asked questions regarding my passport, tattoos (they are strict), asked 3 general interview questions and was invited to a f2f interview in Denver. They fly you out but you have to book your own hotel. (They'll provide some hotels to use a give you a discount code for them) I flew in the day before so I just relaxed, chilled in the hot tub and practice a few mock interview questions I thought they might ask. Day of the interview, eat a big breakfast you'll be there all day and there's no actual breaks. I was in the AM group which started at 730. There was a lot of us in the lobby. Mingle and get to know these people because they may be in your training class! They told us to line up and have our passport and ID out for check In. There was probably 40-60 of us sitting in a conference room. They played a video and told us about the company. Through out the day they called groups of 10 to interview for Round 1 if you made it pass Round 2 then you got to interview for a second time. People were getting dismissed or offered CJOs . When it was my time they called us into the room and broke the news to us that we made it through and they would like to offer us a position. After discussing what happens next a woman comes in a checks the females for tattoos and the male recruiter Checks the men. (A girl lost her job offer because she had a back neck tattoo) Then you go to a different meeting room and fill out paperwork, have fingerprints done. Once that's completed you have a urine drug test done.
