I applied to Frontier in August. I completed the assessment which was fairly simple. It has a few math questions and a few questions that ask you what you remember from a previous question. I was then offered a phone interview. Remember when you pick you time slot, they are on mountain time! You must pick a time that works for you. I was going quickly and didn't pay any mind and choose 830 am, I say there waiting for a call that didn't come, I checked my email and waited once again at 1030. I received a call at about 1045. The woman was very kind. The questions were SUPER easy. Why do you want to work with our company? Is there anything that would be a challenge to you in changing careers? It only lasted about 12 minutes and I was offered the face to face. Now here's where things get annoying. I live in NY and I had to take an 1130 pm flight to Denver arrive at 1 am then interview at 4pm that day, then go back the next morning! That's a long time to take off of work! I wasn't thrilled, but I agreed. Hurricane Irma ended up getting in the way for me, I have family who were effected and came to stay in NY, so I regretfully cancelled the face to face. 2 days later Frontier emailed me asking if I would like reschedule! So that's where I am now, going to face to face on October 26th!
