Interview
Starts with a group interview (make friends and be sociable before it all starts). Each person stands in front of the room and says there name where they are from and what they currently doing (I am a current F9 employ as a CSA) then you read a question aloud and answer. The whole group does through that process twice. Make sure you answer the question you read and don't ramble and ALWAYS SMILE. After that round you will get a hour lunch, be back on time if you are one minute late you will not be let in. After lunch they break you up into two groups and put you in different rooms. Sad to say but this is where the cuts come one group goes home and the other stays. After the cut they will brake the group left into two small groups and as a team you come up with a commercial for frontier and then act it out ( They want to see how you work with others) dont just agree with everyone give ideas and be assertive. Next is a panel interview, one by one you go in for your interview with the panel. Again SMILE SMILE SMILE sit up straight. In the panel the go over your resume with and ask customer service questions. It should be fun and relaxed (Talk to they like they are your friends) after shake all their hands and thank them for the opportunity! Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
