There are two parts: The telephone interview & a face-to-face interview. The latter is conducted in Denver, Co. Frontier will pay your ticket to & from Denver. All applicants are responsible for hotel, food, & transportation. The telephone interview was a piece of cake. Most of the questions are situational. It last for 15 to 20 minutes. Most of the questions are situational. From my perspective, just sound like your intelligent, & are able to use subject-verb agreement in sentences, and the telephone interview should go well. The face-to-face interview in Denver is a little more tedious. Every applicant who shows up is assigned a number. Your number is how they identify you. All applicants are asked to stand in front of the room & read a script similar to the fa announcements. Later you are taken to another room. Inside is what they call a jumpseat. You have to comfortably sit in the jumpseat. If the belt buckle cannot fit, or seems uncomfortable, you will be rejected for the position. Last , is the one-on-one interview. Other flight attendants will interview you. I was not offered a job because the seat belt on the jumpseat could not fit around my waist. I was iffy about accepting the job anyways. The starting pay is only $21K annually. Also, the moderator of the fa hiring event hinted that all new hires would have to relocate to Denver or Philadelphia. Relocation is mandatory. You will not be extended an in-person interview or offer if you don't consent to relocation. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. The whole interview process can take a month. My telephone interview was May 25, 2019. The face to face was June 21st. Based on what the people who got hired told me, their start date will be in early September 2019 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Btw, all training is in Wyoming. Word to the wise: Don't apply if you are a recreational drug user. They drug test. If you come back positive, even for pot, your name and social security number is placed in a database managed by the U.S. Department of Transportation. If you apply for another job which uses that database, they too can see the results. Last, my understanding is that airlines share your info with other countries like Canada. They too will conduct their own background check if hired by Frontier. Make sure you are squeaky clean.
