The interview process for myself was very quick. I applied in August and the day after my VI was invited to the F2F. At the F2F you do not feel very "special" to be there. The crowd is a little rough looking. The few professional ones were the ones to move on to the second round of interviews adn eventual CJOs. You can kind of guess at the beginning who will make it and who will not. The interview worked for me by: > Showing up and mingling with some of the people there > Lined up showing Passport/ Documents ((Print your resume on cardstock recieved so many compliments on it!)) > Presentation about the company We were then separated into groups. I was thankfully the first group called. This process is with another applicant. You are not competing, however the guy I was with was saying things just to impress them.... not the smartest thing as he did not make round two. From there I went onto the second interview ... THIS IS THE IMPORTANT ONE FOLKS!!... it was with a recruiting manager. She at first was a little cold but warmed up. Speak about your passions, what makes you...you! From there we did Jumpseat test. Be mindful of your size, someone was let go because of this stage... Then I went and did the paragraph reading. Not hard at all. Just laugh and be yourself. You are then called to a conference room where you are told we got our CJOs! You fill out paperwork / fingerprints and are drug tested on spot if given CJO. The Interview is not hard! Just gotta be yourself. Don't say things to impress them.
