Very unprofessional, spent 2 months over 4 interviews, including a final in person 4 hour interview with many people in the company. Everything felt very good all the way to the end, when they dropped a one-liner "Tony has moved in another direction and wanted to thank you for your interview."
I had to take a vacation day for the final interview, spend $225 of my own money, waste a weekend in travel to the location, and be stranded in the Denver airport for 7 hours while the Frontier flight home was delayed with no A/C in airport. I was more than qualified for this role, and salaries were never talked about, no feedback whatsoever. All of that, for a one-liner. Don't waste your time with this company, as they can't even offer professional respect that anybody should get for that kind of investment of time that I'll never get back in my life. I'd much rather spend that time with loved ones. Turned a die hard Frontier supporter into one that will never consider this airline again, nor will I recommend them to coworkers, friends or family.
