The way they did the process was awful, you just have 1 min to answer a question that you don’t even get to analyze, no matter how much do you study is not enough time at least for me to give you the right answer and the you have to move after that minute another recruiter, they were 10 of them, they keep calling numbers while you are introducing yourself in the other room and choosing one of three questions.I’ve read that if you are an actor and nice to everyone you get the job, all lies, this girl was clapping and cheering for everyone, she did looked like a good prospect and they still let her go. I was a flight attendant before this, I know how this works and the questions were more like situations so you can provide examples. We were 124. After the process was completed, they called numbers to wait outside, they just called around 25 or 30. The rest of us were in the room and the recruiter said that they were going to look at the assessment (because that counts points) and background check, but they encourage us to replay within 6 months. Also they allow to choose were you want to be based, but when we got there, they said that they were only hiring for Orlando, Las Vegas and Trenton, for me it doesn’t make any sense to give each and everyone of us the opportunity to choose our base because at the end of the day you are just hiring for 3 of them. They made us think one thing and the truth was different, we’re not fools. At the end they let go 90 of us or so. As a suggestion, they should change the way the interview people, my last airline did the interview via Zoom, it’s easy that way and also, please quit with that 1 minute thing, give people the time to think.
