The first contact from a recruiter was by phone. After the telephone interview I was invited to a group interview in Milwaukee. Frontier issued me a non-rev round trip space available ticket to the interview and provided a hotel with low rates for the overnight stay. The interview consisted of a group participation Q&A, self introductions and why we would be great for Frontier. We were then fingerprinted and drug tested. One on one interviews followed. About ten days later I was contacted by e-mail and offered employment as a flight attendant for Frontier. I am presently in the hiring pool, awaiting a training date.
