      Flight Attendant Interview

      Aug 23, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Atlanta, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Atlanta, TX) in Aug 2021

      Interview

The interview process was long. It was literally about an 8 hour or so process. Anyone who is not vaccinated will have to stand in a line to get a rapid test done. (You will not ever get your results, which is strange) after turning in your resume, you sit in this room full of over a 100 people so be prepared. We started with introductions you will have to stand in front of the whole crowd state your name and airport code, then you will have to answer one of three questions. (Keep in mind your being judged by one of the Frontier staff on your personality the whole time) so please be happy and show whatever talent you have to stand out related to the job of course. As that is going on your called by numbers and groups to go interview with 18 recruiters. You will run around these 18 tables and have the opportunity to answer one question while only being allowed 1 whole minute each, it goes fast so make it count. After everyone has went which takes hours of course, your then brought back to the room they have two stacks of resumes. One of the stacks obtains the people who has made the first cut and be aware the big stack is all the people who they will be cutting. They pull everyone out who has made it through first while those have been cut are still in the room. They say that they will check assessments and resumes over and then encourage you to apply again in six months. I personally think Frontier was a little miss leading. I got a email stating that contingent on your drug and background check will determine if you get the position or not. Also you will receive background and drug testing paperwork in your email to get you all excited on top of the benefits and pay you will be starting off with. I feel that paperwork is given to someone who has already been hired “contingent” on your background and drug clearing. Please don’t get excited when you see this in your email. Best of luck and I would encourage whoever didn’t make the cut to try again even if it’s not with Frontier. Don’t give up hope.
