I am currently a flight attendant for a regional airline looking to move on to a main airline. I interviewed for Frontier on October 25, 2021. They had over 200 people in a room that wasn't big enough. We all introduced ourselves & had speed interviews in the set up of speed dating. When I answered the questions, the recruiters afterwards were telling me I was giving very good answers. While some of the recruiters stared at me while I was answering & didn't even type my answers. At the end of it all they called numbers. I was confident I did a very good job because the questions were all questions of how you would handle situations as a flight attendant. I am a flight attendant & was taught how to handle all those situations. I believe they were just looking to hire inexperienced people. I also believe it would be easier to do zoom interviews so candidates can show their true selves to the recruiters without being rushed or spending money on a hotel. But that's just my opinion.
