After filling out an online questionnaire and answering three questions on a video interview, I was invited to the flight attendant recruiting event out of town. Flights were paid for by Frontier. The day started out with all candidates in the room. There were at least three rounds of different interview types. Candidates were dismissed after each interview round who Frontier felt were not a good fit. I was dismissed after the second round and the recruiter told me and the others being dismissed that he could not give individual feedback, which was really disappointing; however, in general, HR recruiting staff were very friendly and personable.
