I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Jan 2023
Interview
When arriving to the hiring event you will be assigned a number and a table where you will be able to meet other candidates. They will then do a presentation followed by a group activity and group interview. The group activity consists on choosing the most important skills a flight attendant should have. Each person in the group will need to explain why a particular skill is important. If your group finishes the group activity early, this is a good time to connect with the recruiter, ask questions and make a good impression. Within this same group there will also be a group interview. Each person will be asked 3 questions and will have 1 minute to answer each question (customer service related no company questions asked - tell me about a time you went above and beyond, etc.). There will then be a short break. Coming back from break you will be assigned to another table. While there is another presentation and Q&A going on, candidates will be randomly picked for the one-on-one interview with two recruiters. I did not have a pleasant experience with the one-on-one interview with the recruiters as I found them to be cold but if you get friendly recruiters, the one-on-one interview will not be so bad. Once the one on one interviews are over they will then come back and call out numbers. If your number is called you will be asked to take your belongings and go to another conference room. Those not called did not get the CJO. There were some people that did not follow the dress code and got the CJO. Ladies who had their hair down also received a CJO. How you conduct yourself in the hiring event and the connection you make with the recruiters holds more weight than following the recommended dress code and appearance. Attending the hiring event was a good way to learn more about the company and helps determine if the company is right for you. Good luck to everyone
