      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines

      Interview

F2F was definitely not what I was expecting. I was so excited to attend and felt very let down after. I knew everything there was to know about the airline and feel I did well and answered my questions great. I was smiling, socializing, being myself and dressed to impress, but I just seemed to have some recruiters that must have been having a bad day. Pretty sure my whole group from my table was sent home after the break which was pretty baffling to me. There were some great candidates at my table and feel if we would have had a different recruiter things would have ended up differently. Didn't even get a chance for others to truly get to know us. I think the worst part was the customer service I received from F9 traveling, especially when trying to head home. They wouldn't let us check our bags unless it was 2hrs or less from our flight and the lady at the ticket counter was yelling and screaming at everyone. I ended up spending hrs sitting at baggage claim waiting to be able to check bags. After the service I received from this experience it made me realize I'm glad I didn't get a CJO because this is not the type of customer service/airline I would want to represent.

      Interview

Great overall interview. Everyone was so friendly and then want you to succeed! Don’t be nervous and be yourself. I would highly recommend applying. It’s seems like a great company and like I said the people are amazing. There was no bad energy coming from anyone in the room.
