So, I did apply early February, got a reply about a week later to do the video interview. It's three questions, not too hard. Next, I got an email and message to do a 15 minute interview online. Now, here's where the problem is. I accidentally booked the wrong time, so I tried to cancel but there is no way to cancel an interview once scheduled. I sent an email to the only email that was not no-reply, explaining my mistake and had booked for a later time. No response. So the day my original interview was booked, I get an email saying since I missed it with no communication, I was no longer being considered AND not permitted to reapply. When I messaged back saying I did reply and explaining again the mistake, they still said they would not be considering me. Honestly, I'm really disappointed. This was my last pick, a safe option, but if it's like that, I am glad I did not move forward. They need to make a way to cancel and reschedule an interview, plus some sort of way to check on the status of the application and a way to contact an actual real person. Not impressed, Frontier.
