this is from a few months back, but it was more comfortable than it seemed when i was researching about it. you're sat in groups at a table and you do a group activity. they give you a bunch of key terms like "safety, customer service," etc and you need to pick order a few of them in order of importance. make sure you're participating and making friends with the people at your table! a recruiter is assigned to your table and you do a speed round of behavioral questions. STAR method is your friend here, but make sure to keep it brief, you only have a minute to answer (they time it). after you'll break for 10 mins. then they'll call you back and line you up. this is where they start sending the first wave of people home. if you make it through for the next session, you'll just sit at your table and wait to be called for your one-on-one. a couple of ice breaker exercises are done during that time, so keep up the outgoing attitude! (also, i do have to point out that when the recruiter is talking during that time, even if it's just random anecdotes about their experiences or whatever, be courteous and don't make conversation at your table! it may seem obvious to not be rude, but i did see a few who wouldn't shut up at their tables and they did not get offers afterward.) one-on-one interviews were actually two-on-one in my experience. STAR method again, but some of the questions are also "tell me about yourself" personality-type questions. the level of difficulty depends entirely on who you have interviewing you. my two recruiters were pretty easy on me, but i did hear others got tougher questions (someone was asked what part of the plane they think they'd be and why lol). this is where you need to break out some knowledge of the company, cause you will get some form of question related to "why frontier?" and i highly recommend you don't fall back on the animal tails if being asked something like "why frontier?" or "what's your favorite thing about the company?" one of the people interviewing overheard a recruiter mention how overplayed it is, so research other things. remember the slogan, and remember they're an ULCC. at the very beginning of the day you're given a number. after everyone's interviewed, they'll call out the numbers of everyone who's selected for a CJO. if you're one of them, prepare to be there a while for your DOT (and don't forget to bring copies of your passport and ID!).
