      Flight Attendant Interview

      Nov 4, 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Oct 2023

      Interview

The interview process went really well! This was my second F2F I've attended so far and it was completely different than the first one. All of the recruiters made us feel at ease and it didn't feel like an intense process. First, we all showed up to the hotel and we got to meet all of the other candidates while we were waiting to be let into the room. We then got our name tags and were placed at tables they assigned. A recruiter gave the rundown for the day. We started with a group activity at our table and then we did the group interview. Please, during the group activity let others have a chance to speak. I know you want to shine but I literally had to speak up to let another person talk. From there, we took a break and that's when first cuts were happening. When we came back we were placed in two separate rooms. One room made it to the 2:1 interview and the others didn't. The group that made it learned more about the company while we waited to do our 2:1 interview. We were given 10 minutes during the interview to answer four questions. My FAs did not show any emotion and it was intimidating at first but by the end they warmed up when I started asking them my questions I had about the company. After that, a few more people were called out of the room and then the rest received a CJO. We then did fingerprints, drug test, and filled out additional paperwork. Check in started at 1 p.m. and some of the successful candidates weren't done with drug testing until almost 9 p.m. Out of more than 100 people, only about half got a CJO. The process is fun. I met so many people and there is really nothing to be nervous about. Just have stories ready to go in STAR format to answer the questions and you will be good to go. Smile and talk to everyone. There really wasn't an opportunity to talk one-on-one with the recruiters and FAs so really shine during the group activity and during the interviews.
