Video interview in mid-December, was invited in mid-January to the in-person event on February 6 in Denver. Sounds like a longer timeline for interviewing is the norm with airlines. In-person event consisted of large groups of people (am and pm groups) organized into smaller tables, a group activity, rapid fire interview questions in a group setting, a ton of information (mostly repetitive, info you should already know about the role/process) shared while you're waiting (approx a 9 hour day), and then a final interview 1-1 with a recruiter. It was organized, but because they squeeze in so many people, you are constantly waiting for your turn to interview. Then it's only a few minutes with a recruiter to showcase your experience. I was there from 1pm until 10:45pm.
