I applied online through the Frost careers website. 2 days later I received a phone call to set up an interview with a Human Resources Officer. This interview was very laid back and focused on my resume, past experiences, etc. The following day I received a call from the same Human Resources Officer to set up a follow up interview with the Hiring Manager. This interview was also laid back and I was offered a position on the spot.
