Applied online and received an email about a phone interview within hours. 2nd round interview was at their Bellaire location with Credit and HR heads. Asked basic interview questions. 3rd round is a panel interview and is at their Post Oak location with anywhere from 8-12 sales managers. Asked more basic interview questions, with other things thrown in. What is on an income statement and balance sheet was the most technical question asked. Always found out about whether I moved on/got the job either the same day, or a day after.

For the initial interview, just know that it will last about 45 minutes and it will purely consist of crazy behavioral questions that will put you in a weird position to answer
