Went in for an interview in Dallas. Very nice people and office but did not ask many tough questions. Simple process with simple questions should not be a problem for anyone.

They look to get to know you. They want to see if you are someone that would fit well with the culture at Frost. Frost feels like a family. Typically, the manager, regional manager, and group manager will be there.

A phone interview followed by a in person interview with HR, then a panel interview. The culture here is amazing and you will be able to tell. There is a pretty large focus on behavioral scenarios and the importance of the core values (integrity, caring, excellence) rather than just technical skills. Frost also looks for people who know the importance of being kind and friendly.
