Non-stressful, must take drug test and have customer service experience. Overall, the company cares about their customer greatly. and it shows during the initiation one you are accepted for the role.
easy. asked all questions from google . tell me about yourself. where do you see yourself in 5 years. a time you went above and beyond. it was very well structured and nicely done they said they follow up quickly
I went through 3 different interviews with the final interview being at the frost tower with 2 CEOs. The first 2 interviews were online and asked easy questions. They used those questions i answered online at the in person interview to make sure I knew what i was talking about and my answers lined up
hired in covid, phone screening with recruiter, interview with supervisor and branch manager. basic interview questions nothing out of the ordinary. Background check & drug check is done after. The hiring process takes about 2-4 weeks max.
