Interview process had 3 parts, first a phone interview, then a virtual interview, finally an in person interview at frost tower in downtown dallas. The in person interview was a bit intimidating but the hiring managers were really nice and communicative
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frost Bank
Interview
The interview process was surprisingly very quick. There was two interviews. One was the the human resource person and the second is at the actual branch your going to be working at with the manager. I was given a job offer an hour after my second interview!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Frost Bank (Houston, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
Phone interview was extremely difficult. The HR representative asked me questions that I have never been asked before. She told me to list all the jobs that were not on my application. After that she asked me the dates on all of those positions I held. She then asked me to go to my very first job and work my way towards my job now. So I had to list all of my positions from age 16 to age 27. Be prepared to go way back in time. Also be prepared to be asked why you left all of those jobs and if you gave notices. They also ask a ton of the same questions and just word the question differently. So you will feel like you are repeating yourself A LOT. If you have an ounce of discrepancy in your work history or any personal issues you were dealing with that you haven’t talked about with anyone but your family. Be prepared to TALK about everything with HR, because they will ask. Just be professional about it.
