First interview was with the HR Rep. It was a bunch of basic HR questions based on experience, past job and school history and interest in the company. The second round was with four developers and a manager in a zoom call. It was a bunch of technical questions based on basic Java and OOP principles. It was scheduled for thirty minutes but it got pushed to an hour. The third round was with all managers and was a Q&A session about culture fit. What all you did in the past and how you will fit with the team and company. It was less technical than I expected.
