Fuchs Lubricants Production Planner interview questions

I recently went through the hiring process with Fuchs. First they approved me and said I was hired. But then, silence. Two weeks passed with no contract, and then they hit me with a "Sorry, we're withdrawing your application." Seriously? Is that what "professionalism" means to you?! They should have informed me earlier. The silence was incredibly disappointing. It felt like they forgot about me after saying yes. If you're job hunting, be cautious with this company. They might seem promising, but they have a significant reliability issue. If you receive approval from them, keep your job search active until you receive the contract.
