I had an intial phone screen through a referral. The conversation was like any other screen call but with a focus on whether your personality is well suited for the role and the company- avoid being repetitive with what you are passionate about and give accurate answers. I beat around the bush a lot.

It was a very easy and great process. I spoke with the first round interviewer and withdrew my application due to another offer. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and they offered good information on the company and benefits.
