I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FuelCell Energy (Danbury, CT)
Interview
I initially contacted a recruiter about a job listing online. Initial phase was discussing job with the recruiter followed by a phone interview and then an in-person interview. Met with a number of management-level individuals. Overall, questions were not challenging. I left the interviewing feeling very confident I would receive an offer.
Online application. Microsoft team interview. Interview last 45 minutes. Got rejection email within one hour. No technical questions asked. Only conflict related questions were asked. Was looking for the position but luck did not favor.
