Graduate programme recruitment process consisting of Video interview. Informed that I passed the threshold and was invited for the assessment centre. The assessment centre was held for fewer positions than attendees. Very pleasant experience.

A couple of group exercises followed by presentation (prepared in advance) and strengths-based interview
It was a pre-recorded video interview because it was my first one, so I wasn’t confident at all, but it was a good experience for me for upcoming interviews with other companies.
