The recruiting/ human resources team ghosted me twice. After the first interview, they told me they were very excited about my profile and would love to proceed with the interview process. On the day of the second interview, 5 minutes before our online meeting they emailed me saying one of the recruiters would not be able to make it, asking to reschedule. Until this point, everything seemed reasonable. However, when I emailed them about this reschedule, they ignored my email for over a month. When they finally got back to me, they were still interested in continuing the interview process and assigned me a task to deliver by the second meeting. After presenting my task they asked me to come for a third interview and to discuss my availability with the HR department, which I did. I never got an answer either from the HR department or from the higher rank individuals interviewing me.
