This is guidance to everyone who are planning to give interview in Fujitsu. 1) Get the things clear before giving the interview, like discuss with HR about your current CTC and expected CTC. Even if HR didn't ask you about it before interview. Because HR will not ask. 2) If HR is ok with your expected CTC then only move ahead with the process. 3) After clearing technical round, HR round will happen and don't give any documents before any offer. 4) you may get portal access for your offer detail. but you will not able to view the offer unless you submit all the documents, right from your 10th to current org. BUT Please don't submit it. ask for offer letter first. 5) Because for me , after submitting the documents. company denied disclosing the released offer , mentioning that it was not approved by business !! So please be careful.
