I got a call from the He Team and the interview process was three phase ( Tech+Management+HR). Basic technical questions asked in tech as per my resume. one thing I observed is neither the HR n nor the management values time of their respective candidates. HRs wont reply to the mail or answer your call when you ask for an update on your candidature. Its really pathetic because Fujitsu is a CMm level 5 organisation and HR team dont have a structured recruitment process.
