Fulgent Associate interview questions

Applied online by email as requested. Phone screen with current employees - small growing company. Never heard back after, which is always a great sign of culture. Screen consisted of basic behavioral Qs and if I had specific experience in role before - Fair enough but they didn't really seem interested in related experience like most places to sense if you were sharp enough to do a role but rather if you had done the exact job description before. Also strange considering interviewer was someone with less experience/qualifications and had somehow gotten into the same role (likely due to potential but disappointed same process wasn't afforded to future candidates). Seems like a heavily numbers driven company with a cut and dry culture with little humor - can fit some people, but wasn't for me.
