Me hicieron hacer un desafío técnico muy largo, no tan complejo, pero muy largo. Luego la reclutadora me dijo que se habían equivocado y tuve que volver a hacerlo. A la segunda vez que tuve que volver a hacerlo, lo rechacé, ya que me había tomado al menos una semana poder completarlo. Estoy seguro de que lo que obtienen de los desafíos técnicos lo utilizan luego para sus propios proyectos. Si no, nos explica cómo han querido usufructuar con mis trabajos y producciones a la hora de entrevistar. Son una vergüenza. Tenga mucho cuidado con esta empresa, por favor.

Careless and unprofessional: This is the sequence of facts: 1) Recruiter reached me over LinkedIn sharing the company interest on hiring me 2) I checked on calendly his availability and scheduled a session on his empty slot 3) arrived at time at the session and didn’t show up. After I was waiting there for 20 minutes decided to write me and apologized asking to reschedule because some things happened and he wouldn’t be able to join 4) Again, I rescheduled the meeting on his Calendly 5) once again, he kept me waiting for 10 minutes before showing up 6) Again apologized but this time joined. We had a good 40-50 minutes talk and he told me my profile was a good fit and my expectations were within company’s reach. He said we’ll continue and will send me and email/contact me for further steps 7) it has been 2 weeks and none of this happened. He doesn’t reply my messages on LinkedIn, just vanished like a ghost, this is terrible for the perception a candidate has for the company, I really thought it was a good one, but if comoany works the way they conduct the interview process then I’m better off this place
