The process was really fast, it took around 1 week from the first conversation with the recruiter. You'll have the first interview with the recruiter to talk about your salary expectation and other conditions and benefits. The next part of the process is to record a video with technical questions and personal questions, you're gonna use a website to record the answers. Then, you have to resolve a technical exercise, and you have to record a video in maximum 75 minutes to solve the problem, then send the video to the recruiter. If everything was ok, you're gonna to receive an email with an offer, you are going to be requested to sign it. At the end, I decided to reject the offer, mainly because they pay for each hour you've worked, if you have a holiday, you're not to be paid, if you're sick, you're not to be paid, if you want to take vacation, you don't have PTO. The company says that they have almost 5 stars on Glassdor, but the clients don't have, at the end you're going to be working with the client, so this is another point to have in consideration.
