Interview process was very de-humanising, you never get to interact with a human being, except for a 15 min call with the recruiter. They ask you to record a timed coding challenge and upload it to a video on a platform like Loom. The task is average difficulty but very time consuming, the task description is written in poor English and you don't get to ask any questions to clarify any unclear requirements. At the end they informed me that they are "looking for a different technical approach to complete our coding challenge". Which is ridiculous given the fact that I never got the chance to interact with anyone and ask them about the different "approaches" I could have used to solve the challenge. I doubt that they even saw my solution because a platform like Loom gives you statistics about view counts and completion rates. There's also a part where you record your responses to standard interview/behaviour queston, but again, no human being in sight.
