Don't waste your time, it's a tedious process where, after the initial screening which was ok, you don't get to interact with any other person. First You're asked to record yourself completing a coding challenge divided in 2 parts: a flutter development that supposedly would take up to 45 minutes, which is a lie because, unless you prepared it beforehand, and finished it flawlessly, there's no way you can complete the whole thing in 45 minutes. After that, you have to solve 3 algorithms challenges in 25 minutes. The third part of the process consist in a video recorded interview, where you answers approximately 14 questions that appear onscreen. You have 1 minute to answer every question, and they give you like 20-30 seconds to think about each question before answering. I guess they do this because they don't want to take the time to interview all the candidates and must have some sort of inner process to easily discard them based on the recorded interview alone. I say this because I know for a fact that they didn't even review my technical challenge; I shared the video through the platform Loom, which shows me whenever the video is watched. They didn't even bother to do it. Again don't waste your time, there are plenty of companies that, at least, will show you enough respect to have a face to face interview with you and give you feedback about your coding test or whatever.
