Step 1: 30-minute intro call with the Recruiter to learn more about FullStack and the candidate Step 2: Complete assessment from Criteria Corp : Assessment on Work attitude & outlook, Work, Communication & Interaction Style, Strengths/Challenges etc. Step 3: Next step is a technical challenge :Create a 60 minute screen recording walking through your presentation on the given company's requirement to build an ecommerce marketplace. This challenge is to assess your strategic and creative thinking skills, ability to how the company can optimize lead generation and overall prospecting challenge. You are given a week to complete this assignment Step 4: 14 time-limited video on technical questions. You get about 45 minutes to complete the video Step 5: Interview with Full Stack Team Step 6; Decision making and hiring I had successfully completed Step4 and received invitation for Step 5 with VP which later got cancelled as the VP had to travel at the last minute. The recruiter emailed that she would reschedule the meeting to next week but I did not receive any further communication, In spite of my follow-up emails, I did not receive any email back from the Recruiter. There was a lot of effort spent on preparing and completing till Step 4 , and I feel that's it fair that this Recruiter should have the courtesy to let me know on why I am not being moved further in the process.
