These people are shady and untrustworthy. Avoid them at all costs. I applied to FullStack Labs in December of 2023. Had a 30-minute phone screen, after which I was invited to complete a "certification" exercise, which essentially involved building a small React application in about 90 minutes. I had to record my screen and narrate my strategy and approach throughout. After I submitted my project and it was reviewed, I received an offer, which I accepted. Then I was told to create a calendar in Calendly to set up interviews with FullStack's many clients, after which I would be assigned. I was also asked for my T-Shirt size so they could send me a T-shirt. And then... nothing. I never heard from any of their so-called "clients" or anyone affiliated with FullStack Labs ever again, despite numerous follow-up attempts. Needless to say, the process was extraordinarily frustrating, and left me seriously wondering whether I'd fallen victim to some kind of scam. On a positive note, they did send me an official FullStack Labs T-Shirt, which I now use to clean my cat's litter box. So I got something out of it, at least.
