Multiple Interviews by skype that were often not made because the interviewer forgot. I knew the other three appicatns and saw their resumes. They were all great people, but not exactly qualified. Was disheartening to see that I did not get the job after all my efforts, and for people whom I had helped write their resumes get the job.
