I applied in the morning and heard back already in the afternoon! I had a call with a recruiter who was asking me the usual questions (experience, reason to apply, future ambitions). It was a lively and easy conversation.

The interview happens in Singapore. It begins with phone screening with HR. Followed by video conference with hiring manager and HR. Thereafter with one sales and one buyer from the floor. Ended off with Sales Director. Total 3 different sessions and different days. The entire interview is basically to seek a mature and experience sales individual whom they hope to groom for the longer run. Everyone was friendly and frank. They want to make sure you know what you are getting yourself into.

Efficient, symbiotic, transparent, and educational. Three interview sessions: 1 phone interview, 1 in person interview with Team Lead, Manager and CEO, 1 2 hour shadowing period on the trading floor and final discussion. I really enjoyed interviewing at Fusion because they made clear that it was important that I feel comfortable at the job and with my future co-workers. They want to make sure this is a great fit because they are looking for folks who are going to work here for 10+ years and will be invested heavily in. What is unique about Fusion is that the interview process is hat they really care about the person interviewing and listen to my feedback, Many of the other companies I have interviewed at (Datadog, LogMeIn, Hubspot) all make it seem like they are doing you a favor by "letting you interview" and disregarding the value that the employee provides. Fusion really understands the person interviewing and provides feedback to you throughout the interview process. They hire the best people and care for them.
